Delivery
Via Royal Mail Recorded, Special Delivery or 24 or 48 Hour Courier, which is the most appropriate is determined depending on the weight,
value, and destination, all items require signing for* and are insured.
We will gladly combine postage costs on multiple items to keep costs to a minimum.
Before 12 noon and Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost. Courier rates currently include a Fuel Surcharge.
(Courier rates apply to Mainland England, Wales and some of southern Scotland please ask for a quote for Scotland and all off shore
destinations).
Parcels are generally dispatched Tuesdays & Thursdays. Delivery is usually within 1 to 3 days of us receiving cleared funds.
Payment options include: - Debit Card, cheque, postal order, bank transfer or Credit Card (subject to 2% surcharge),
PayPal (subject to 4% surcharge), & MoneyBookers

Returns & Refunds
Goods ordered incorrectly if returned unused and in original packaging within 7 days, will be refunded, excluding the delivery costs and

At least 200 million plastic bags end up as litter on the beach, streets, parks & waterways every
year in the UK. When a plastic bag enters the ocean it becomes a very harmful piece of litter.
Many Marine animals mistake plastic bags for Jelly Fish & swallow them, with extremely painful and
fatal consequences. Not only are they killing wildlife but their production is slowly killing off
the Human Race according to scientific research and Greenpeace Reports.
It is estimated that globally over a million birds and 100,000 marine mammals and turtles die every year from
entanglement, or ingestion of plastics.
A survey of 42 harbour authorities reported that £26,100 is spent per year in some ports to clear fouled propellers
and remove debris from the water.
Rubbish can take a surprisingly long time to degrade. A tin can will survive 50 years under water, an aluminium
can 80-100 years and glass bottles up to 1000 years.
Disposal of hazardous waste costs 36 times as much as general waste.
A survey of 452 river and canal sites by the Environment Agency showed that litter was the most common cause
of poor quality and about 60% of the litter was plastic.

03 Non-Geographic Local Rate Numbers - The Consumer Fair Alternative to 08 Tariff Numbers
UK Telecommunications regulator, Ofcom, issued the 03 non-geographic number local rate number range for businesses, public service organisations,
health organizations and charities requiring a National presence, but without callers incurring the additional charges associated with calling an 08 number.
Public Perception
With charges for calling 03 numbers the same as calling standard 01/02 numbers, the 03 local rate number range is intended as a replacement for 08
national rate numbers in organizations where public perception demands a fair approach.
Ofcom has responded to public disquiet about 08 numbers being used by organizations such as Government Services, Utilities and the NHS.
Ofcom have prohibited revenue sharing on 03 numbers, so the switch to 03 numbers is seen as a fairer alternative.
